3)it helps to maintain body weight:::::some amount of calories will be burned while doing strengthening exercise.

4)it can help with chronic disease management::::It assists arthritis patients to reduce pain as it act as an effective medication.moreover,in type 2 diabetes this exercise along with life style changes can improve blood glucose control.

5)it boosts energy and improves mood::::this exercise will increase the endorphins which is produced from brain helps to improve mood and provide better sleep

These are certain health conditions which can be improved after doing strength training exercise.
