An alpha particle is identical to a helium atom with two neutrons and two protons, 4He.

A beta particle is realesed when a neutrons become a proton.

A positron has a positive charge and a mass no of zero.

A gamma ray is realesed when an unstable nucleus can spontaneously emit nuclear particles rearrange to become more stable.
