It is that kind of capital which are collected and used by manager in a company or organization where manager perform as central agent of power.

The origin of managerial capitalism occur in nineteen century where US experience contrasted with Britain skilled labor and better job performance to solve the labor problem and makes industry develop,US decided to form managerial structure which after some time due to his huge success in industries turn it into managerial capitalism.

The main drawback of managerial capitalism is that manager only focus on profit they does not think about their worker condition and how to grow a company or organization.

-Monopoly Power - In Managerial Capitalism manager have all power related to capital and money which is also create dominate and stressful environment among company worker.

-Work Force Limitation- Due to all power are in the hand of manager so other people in company binded by manager rule which crate work force limitation in a company.

There are numerous changes which make managerial capitalism popular in present time

1. First of all decentralized and delegate power and authority of manager to their subordinate.

2. Create more awareness among the people about managerial capitalism so they understand their importance in company

3. Create a better work environment with were all people get equal chance to express their thought related to company development and profit.
