7.The psychological aspects which has to be considered when developing the care plan are

  • The psychodynamic aspect of dealing with the Id, ego and superego. This enables to read a person's behavior from many aspects from child hood and treat accordingly from their sub concious mind.
  • The cognitive aspects focuses on a persons thinking ability decision making capacity, inter relating things ,their ability to tackle difficult situations etc.,
  • The biological aspects focuses on a person's behavior through their genetic inheritance or as an occurence to brain injury making people psychologically disturbed
  • The behavioural aspect focuses on a person's growth in accordance to the environment they grew up
  • The motivation at times plays a key role in modifying the behavior of an individual called as humanistic approach
  • The evolutionary aspects concentrates on the changes faced by the person generation after generation in the worldly changes
  • Culture plays a key role in studying the behavior of a person which differs in culture and followed

8.The points to be discussed with the primary care provider are

  • The symptoms are still persistent in the patients inner mind
  • Negative thoughts ,low self esteem and confidence
  • Poor cognitive functions in making a correct decision
  • Suicidal thoughts in extreme case which needs immediate attention

9.The three primary changes to be made in the care plan are

  • Addition of anti anxiety medications, antidepressants to modify the cognitive behaviours
  • Psychotherapy ,talk therapy is very essential to make patient understand what is right
  • Family therapy can be introduced which can support the patient to gain confidence and trust that family members are their to care for and help in difficult situations.
  • Counseling to be given regarding the nutrition
  • Prolongation of hospital stay until patient stabilised and relieved from suicidal thoughts.

10.The following medication can be indicated for the patient

  • Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors to reduce the depressive moods and negative thoughts(Clonazepam ,Quetiapine)
  • Anti anxiety medication to relieve stress (Alprazolam)
  • Nutrients supplements like vitamin tablets to prevent malnutrition

11.The patient should exhibit a positive approach in life,proper diet or nutritional intake ,having an optimistic approach in problem solving , increased self esteem and confidence, decreased anxiety and depression, good communication with others or socializing,etc.,
