The patient exhibiting symptoms of nausea,vomiting, diarrhea is related to the problem associated with gastrointestinal tract.So food ,infection can be a major reason, if an unhygienic food is consumed it first irritates the stomach causing unpleasant sign of nausea,this overtime due to the increased acidic reaction in the stomach causes vomiting,simultaneously disturbing the function of intestine and causing increased bowel movements called diarrhea.This symptoms are related to stomach flu(Gastroenteritis).If because of good termed to be food poisoning

The patient has a history of HIV ,Alcohol and drug abuse which can be mentioned as "known case of"(k/c/o)

Diagnosis:Stomach flu k/c/o HIV ,Drug abuse

or

Gastroenteritis k/c/o HIV ,Drug abuse
