Mechanism of action:
It is a biochemical process the drug substance makes its effect, it
targets specific molecules for drug binding like enzymes or
receptors. This process includes binding, absorption, metabolism,
and activation, etc.
Example:
In antacids specific molecular targets to bind the enzyme to make
the action.
