pH of neutralization reaction between strong base and weak acid will be greater than 7 at equivalence point. This is because, at equivalence point, all acid will be neutralized by strong base. Addition of one drop of strong base at equivalence point will make the solution more basic and thus pH will be greater than 7.

Hence, from the above options given, option 1 is right answer. As it is titration of strong base versus weak acid.
