Now a days it is an common problem in every teenagers because social media is well developed and hand work is decreased . Because of that teenagers are very busy with it and they are not at all concentrating in their daily work .

And as the age is increasing the grey matter which is present in the brain is decreasing .with that brain energy also decreased so because of that sometime decision making process is also going negatively.
