4.2, Youth violence is a serious problem that provide harmful effects for family,friends and community..Evidence-based strategy prevent social ecology factors with individual,relationship,community and society..Strategy intended to work with combination and reinforce each other..
-Youth skills should be strengthen by school-based program..
-connect mentoring program,after-school program with activities..
-Provide preschool quality education with family engagement..
-Promote supportive family environment..

There is lack of social problem-solving skills to youth violence..it can be solved by nonviolence with social relations with peers, education about how to interpret and improve their conflict-resolution skills..Social-cognitive interventions can target for both violent and nonviolent children..social-cognitive interventions should be started from preschools and childcare centers,because violence prevention efforts begin when children are very young and it will continue through out their life..
4.3, Baltimore city epidemic of community violence impact the children and families..There were 276 homicides(murder) and 10,816 violent crimes..it was mostly associated with drug -trafficking (heroine addicts and heroine related crime)..culture play a major role in a level of community violence..It will affect mostly racial and ethnic group, socio-economic status in urban areas represented with ethnic minorities..children exposure to community violence increased and it become more problematic especially with childhood age from 16years is a life threatening can trigger aggressive behavior..community violence more in among young group than older adults it make anxiety,depression and post traumatic stress disease etc..
community level strategy with program make trusting relationship and awareness among young community..Evidence based strategy for young violence and public-private relationship,peer group mentoring program and communication can decrease the number of violence and assaults..create evidence and confidence through awareness programs from school level,community level can reduce the violence especially in urban areas..
