1) over age of 40 birth occurred = 45+17+4 =      66

so, answer is 66000
                  
2) total birth occurred between age 38 and 40 = 98                  
                  
total births= 66+205+375+427+455+483+486+463+403+330+265+176+98+45+17+4 =4298              
                  
so, percentage=98/4298*100=   2.280%
