Promote safety : promoting safety by through providing side riles, and keeping security guard to the clients or keeping one attender along with client to prevent any injuries while wondering at any time.

And provide some anesthetic medications if the client is not getting sleep, to prevent injuries and to promote safety.

B. Answer :

Promote dignity : by providing counseling and education to the client towards good behavior we can improve the dignity of client.

And by giving respect to the client we can improve the dignity of the client.

Good clothing and ID band should be provide to improve and promot dignity.

Measures to be taken to feel with wandering :

* security should be provided by keeping person along with client and keeping lock to the room.

* always we should need to keep persons ID card with the clients.

* color code dress should be put to the client to identify incrowd.

* fence should be there out side the room.

* use some of radio tracking devices to easy tracking during missing time.

* increase physical activities of the client.

* maintain adequate sleep hygiene to reduce agitation.

These are the measures should be take to deal with wandering.

To protect the persons right to confidentiality and privacy, we should not tell the information of the client to the others and neibours patients.

The only right person who are there near to client to that person only we need to share all the information related to the client.

With the authorization only we need to inform to others regarding client information.

Maintain the secure and password system for the client information.

So by maintaining all these we can protect the persons right to confidentiality and dignity.
