Both the particles experience equal magnitude of force.

There are two forces acting on each: (1) Gravitational force of attraction (2) Electric force of attraction (since they are oppositely therefore its attraction).

Formula for these is:

Fg = G*m1*m2/d^2

and

Fe = k*q1*q2/d^2

Since the variables are same for both, they experience the same force.
