A new policy of bloodless medicine has been implemented in order to reduce the transfusion of blood and blood-related products. This can be achieved by minimizing blood loss during surgery and reduces the transmission of infection through transfusion. It also concerns about the patient's religious value and safety. Before the surgery, the client has been achieved with the optimum level of hemoglobin and supported with iron therapy. Minimize of postoperative blood sampling. Clinical ethics also justifying these bloodless medicines. Anaesthesist uses a specific method to decrease blood pressure and thereby reduce blood loss. Use of advanced technology such as electrocautery, salvage technique, embolization for the early clotting of blood during surgery.
