the height of satellite , h = 4810 km

h = 4.81 * 10^6 m

the radius of Earth , r = 6.37 * 10^6 m

the speed of satellite , v = sqrt( G * M /(r + h))

v = sqrt( 6.67 * 10^-11 * 5.98 * 10^24 /(6.37 * 10^6 + 4.81 * 10^6))

v = 5973 m/s

the speed of satellite is 5973 m/s
