10) In this ECG Lead I, aVL, shows ST depression.

11) The inferior area of the heart is affected because the ST elevation is present on Lead II, III, and aVF.

12) if the cardiac enzymes are positive, then it indicates STEMI which means the coronary artery is completely blocked which should be treated immediately.
