4 signs of the persons deterioration are :

1) coolness - all the four extremities will experience cold while touch and sometimes the skin color will change and get mottled.

2) incontinence - they loose control of urine and bowel function.

3) change in breathing - they may showcase a period of shallow breath with no breath for a few seconds and this pattern continues. this show decrease in circulation.

4) restlessness - they client may sometime pull the linen and cloth due to decrease in oxygen.
