Current ratio = Current assets / current liabilities

3.5 = 840,000 / current liabilities

current liabilities = 240,000

Quick ratio = (cash and marketable securities + receivables) /current liabilites

1.2 = (115,000 + receivables) / 240,000

288,000 = 115,000 + receivables

receivables = 173,000

Days in sales outstanding = 365 / receivables ratio

36.5 = 365 / receivables ratio

receivables ratio = 10

Receivables ratio = Sales / receivables

10 = Sales /173,000

Sales = $1,730,000
