The two health care people are talking each other in sterile field , here one thing We should remember that is the area is sterile , when We are talking organisms in our respiratory tract may contaminate the sterile field .

So it is our responsibility to keep quite in sterile field.

2) autoclave sterilization is the most common method of instrument sterilization .

Instruments are placed in a pack and exposed to steam under pressure .

A sterilization indicator such as autoclave tape or an indicator strip is used to identify which instrument pack have been sterilized .

There is no need to keep sterile indicator inside the pouch .

The sterile indicator is placed above the sterile pack , after sterilisation we should check whether the instruments sterilised or not .

We should remove rings from our fingers before doing hand wash and wearing of sterile gloves .

If We wear sterile gloves with rings in hand , the rings may carry the pathogens and may have chance to contaminate the sterile field ,so We should remove our rings before wearing sterile gloves .
