Answer #1

The medical office staff can introduce the EHR( Electronic Health Record) when the patient enters the hospital for either OP basis or inpatient admission by explaining about the EHR as the EHR is unique to each individual and all the medical history, present and past ,patients investigation reports, allergies, surgical procedure, treatment, management and discharge summary along with rehabilitation data material eveything will be at one place without loss of paperwork of medical records and overlapping prevention of investigations, etc. It helps to review the client condition at a glance at one place by the physician and helps to take an immediate intervention for further treatment. By this we can state that the EHR helps to improve the point of care continuation to documenting all the medical health records at one place. The EHR also provides online / web camping for patients to talk to their doctors related to their health problems and get immediate assistance / care. Thus it helps to improve quantity of care and efficiency by storing clients complete medical details at one place...and continuing care very fastly and effectively with in the reach of client .
