Now a days many hospitals use electronic health records for accurate and effective nursing care implementation. Electronic health records is using in nursing homes has many benefits. Before using EHR training and effective implementation strategies are required. EHR saves the time of nurse compare to writing records manually. In nursing homes a clear data of patients can be observed in  EHR..A better nursing care can be given to the patient with this extra time or can be spend with the patient to make them some relief.So EHR and PM is very useful in nursing homes .
