Answer: In the mentioned case study, there is a low socio economic status due to which the the person has to work for longer period of time for her family. As the family belongs to the minority group, they have their own culture and belief. The role conflict occurs when as a mother, she need to be more sensitive towards her children. With 40 hours of working, it is difficult to play major roles. To fulfill the need of her family she needs to work. And this is the reason there is imbalance in her life.
