Five variables includes :

1. Physical or physiological : physiologically she disturbed like, pain, difficulty in sleeping, worsening fatigue.

2. Psychological : she disturbed mentally because her husband had stroke.

3. Sociocultural : she is widow some times society will not accept her to follow all cultural activities.

4. Developmental : her daughter is suffering from developmental disorders that is autism spectrum disorder and dyslexia.

5. Spiritual : she felt some of the problems due to curse of God.

Q. No. 2. Answer :

Stessors :

Interpersonal stressors : these are occurs with in the person.

Interpersonal stressors : occurs between individuals that means, her and surrounding her children health problems.

Extra personal stressors : from the outside of the individual , like here place change from urban neibour hood to rural area. There are some factors to causes, diseases to the people.

Actual stressors are :

* she is 36 years old widow,

* her children are having developmental disorders and asthma.

Potential stressors are :

* moving from urban to rural area to caring of her parents, it is still more problematic,

* distance of school for her children.

These are negatively effect her.

Additional nursing assessment data for Mr. Robert medical diagnosis is,

* vital signs to know the hypertension,

* history collection to know any family and genetic history,

* physical examination and neurological examination,

* CT scan brain and other blood investigations should be done.

Additional data should be helpful for susans medical diagnosis is : X ray should be done to know abnormalities and some other blood investigations to detect Amy infections.

Levels of prevention :

1. Primary prevention : it can not be applicable because they are suffering from stressors.

2. Secondary prevention :
