1.The characteristics like her birth place (Germany) migration to US,age,religion,memory power of speaking clearly and fluently at this age,her weight loss and decreased motor functions (fall) makes her unique

2.The Jewish believes that life is provided by God and has to be maintained well.If sick physician's help can be taken to get healed from the illness.They also rely on communal services or a low cost service with good quality care when they are not affordable. The German culture health care concentrates on the quality of care delivered to a patient,they provide adequate information to the patient about the disease and its condition, the health-care providers usually collect a complete history of the patient and are generally hard working.

3.The nursing process should concentrate on fall prevention techniques, good dietary or nutritional habits,musculoskeletal activities like movements, range of motion, mild physio and exercises, provide psychological support.

4.Mrs.Stein will have a psychological disturbances like getting separated from the family,feeling loneliness and isolation, loss of hope ,at times depressed.

  • Provide psychological support
  • Indulge her in group activities,occupational therapy, support group to make her self busy and engaged
  • Make sure the visitors are allowed
  • They are permitted to go with their family at any point of time if not feeling comfortable

5.Mrs.Stein daughter may have emotional disturbance of leaving her mothrrninnthe center,but will also have a relief that a proper medical care can be given to her and the quality if her mother will increase
