Answer: Yes, it is mandatory for all the people to get the vaccination for hepatitis B as it prevents from virus which damages the liver .People mainly having low immunity power should definitely get vaccinated.

Sometimes it's not that much mandatory to get vaccinated but for the precautionary measure we should get vaccinated. Because of the present scenarios it is better to be vaccinated.

The ergonomic hazard is a kind of physical factors which cause damage and problem to musculoskeletal system. It mainly occurs at the office, job , working continuously and not having rest make muscles to get streched.

For example:

Working continuously

Lifting heavy weight

Poor posture

The guidelines recommend sitting posture when working on a computer:

One must sit straight on the chair. Decrease the pressure on the backbone.

Take 4-5 minutes break within 1 hour of working.

The seat should be comfortable.
