Some of the potential barriers that may prevent EBP change proposal from continuing to achieve the same desired goal are

  • Lack of training to the staff cannbe a barrier inproviding a quality based care though given will not be most effective because the older practices can give slower results than the EBP.This can be over come by arrangement of regular or periodic training program
  • Underqualified ,staff shortages can be another potential barrier in the proposals. This can be overcome by proper HR recruiting method of the qualified and skilled staff.
