Answer: The healthcare system underutilizing family and patient engagement may result in to patient' satisfaction level. As it doesn't provide idea to implement more enhanced care for the patients.

The wide ranging hospital practices and their organizational priorities that impede best evidenced-based practices for patient & family engagement will lead in reduced quality of care provided to the patient. The nurse will not be able to perform better task such as decision making or having critical thinking skills etc. This will delay in the care provided to the patient.

Lack of understanding for diverse cultural & spiritual beliefs leads to increase in the conflict. This will cause many problems such as communication problems. Nurse will not be able to provide teachings or care plan due to lack of proper information regarding the culture.

Healthcare professional’s use of complicated & technical terms when engaging patients & their families. This will cause poor understanding among patients. Patients won't understand the medical terms and hence may lack behind. They will not be able to take care of themselves or understand the need and preventive methods that should be employed.
