Normal findings of musculoskeletal system includes,

1. Subjective data : here we will collect the data from client regarding chief complaints, related to musculoskeletal like any pain, and movement of joints, ect and the onset, duration, location, nature, behavior, any previous problems and treatment, regarding musculoskeletal system.

We need to ask questions and gather the information.

2. Objective data : here what we are observing, that means structure of the musculoskeletal system, mobility, gait, functional ability and neurological ability, by palpating, by lab teasing, and by some diagnostic testings, we can collect the objective data from client.

3. Assessment :

* in assessment we can list the client problems like

Pain,

Mobility,

Strength,

Weakness,

Gait,

Range of motion of joints,

Neurological ability ect.

* next we will plan the goals to meet the needs of clients.

Short term and long term goals according to the clients problems.

4. Planning :

* we can plan the treatment for pain, like analgesics, and for joint problems immobilization ect.

* Giving heath education regarding rest and sleep.

Immobilization of affecting part.

* education regarding dietary therapy like milk and egg ect.
