  1. Hyponateremia in Cushing syndrome (As Cushing's syndrome is characterized my hypernatremia i.e. high Na+ ions concentration in plasma and not hyponatremia)

The following challenge test is a suppression test;

  1. dexamethasone suppression test (DST) (As it is used to measure the change in cortisol levels in response to an injection of dexamethasone).
