35.Optiopn A is correct as the macrocytosis is directly related to the vitamin B12 as well as the folate deficiency. Hence if the  blood smear indicate macrocytic red blood cells then test of smear evaluation for vitamin B12 and folate result support it.

36. Option A i.e.normal amylase rule out the acute pancreatitis as therese is elevated leve of amylase in the  acute pancreatitis
