P0 = $ 19
g = 9 %

Part A:

Ke = Rf + Beta [ Rm - Rf ]

= 5% + 1.7 [ 10% - 5% ]

= 5% + 1.7 [ 5% ]

= 5% +8.5%

= 13.5%

Part B:

Ke = [ D1 / P0 ] + g

= [ 0.40 / 19 ] +0.09

= 0.0211 + 0.09

= 0.1111 i.e 11.11%

As per CAPM - 13.5%

As per Div growth Model 11.11%
