PH   = 9

PH = -log[H3O^+]

PH = 9

-log[H3O^+] = 9

    [H3O^+]   = 10^-9M

hydronium ion concentration = 10^-9M

Kw   = [H3O^+][OH^-]

[OH^-]    = Kw/[H3O^+]

             = 1*10^-14/(10^-9)

              = 1*10^-5 M

hydroxide ion concentration = 10^-5M
