Amber also works hard to stay thin, but unlike Heather, Amber doesn’t want to eat in public. She is often anxious and frequently misses several periods in a row. Amber Is already more than 15% below the ideal weight for her age and height, but insists on losing more weight, insisting to friends that she’s fat.
