Heather often eats uncontrollably for days at a time, followed by several days of fasting. She works out vigorously and has irregular periods. Often after eating, she vomits up the meal and is exhausted and depressed, feeling that her behavior is what it will take to become a model.

Amber also works hard to stay thin, but unlike Heather, Amber doesn’t want to eat in public. She is often anxious and frequently misses several periods in a row. Amber Is already more than 15% below the ideal weight for her age and height, but insists on losing more weight, insisting to friends that she’s fat.

Anorexia Nervousa: This is a well known eating disorder where people feels them selves as over weight, even if they are under weight.They usually monitor their weight and avoid certain calorie and nutritious rich diet.Also these people will have obsession and also compulsion disorder , having thoughts of food pre occupied and also fear of eating food in public.

Things that made to decide or conclude Amber is suffering from Anorexia Nervousa are though she is less than the ideal body weight she is thinking that she is fat and she doesn't like to eat in public.
