For the 4 use cases listed below, make your recommendation on whether a message or document based approach may be more applicable and explain why.

1. One wants to know "what medications are they on right now, not 5 hours ago",

2. A physician makes a selection out of all of the data available during the clinical process and sends that subset to another healthcare provider, e.g. a clinical summary or referral letter.

3. One wishes to generate a real-time summary based on information stored across a variety of systems in an environment where the data may be maintained by multiple providers and change over time.

4. One queries for a patient summary, a responding system could respond with a (Patient care) ______. (message or document?)

1) In this case the message based approach will be fine as the patient is intreinter in medication right now but first hours before.

A document based approach will rather confuse the client. And documents based details may also be more time taking and tiresome procedure

So one can be specific with message based approach

2) In this case documents system approach is most suitable one.

Because for detail data message system is quite troublesome and confusing. Message can't be inclusive of every detail .As per the case the valid documentation is required.

3) In this case message based approach works fine as the data maintained by multiple providers and change over time the documents based approach will not be suitable.

4) In this case documents approach responding system will be best suited as message can very tiresome and hectic and with not appropriate validation. But documents will be best for summary as it can't be changed over time and will a valid piece of information.
