7.corrective action- If there is any misconduct organization should take proper step to solve the misconduct. There should be corrective action.
what are the 7 Elements of an Effective Compliance Program implement them in real-life scenario?
It is expected that all Compliance plans incorporate seven elements in order to be effective. Out of the seven elements, which do you believe would be the most difficult to implement and why? How would you overcome this obstacle?

Refer to the following two compliance plans: Tenet Healthcare Coding Compliance Program (effective 3/19/2015) Jones Memorial Hospital Compliance Plan (approved 5/25/2011) In what ways are the compliance plans of Tenet Healthcare and Jones Memorial Hospital similar? In what ways are these compliance plans different? If you were in charge of coding compliance at your hospital, what are some key components of the coding compliance plan that you would include?

this program is in C. Write a program that computes the number of elements in an array divisible by a user specified number. Declare an integer array of size 7 and read the array elements from the user. Then, read a number k from the user and compute the number of elements in the array divisible by k. Consider the following example. 3 elements in this array are divisible by 2 ({2,2,4}). Sample execution of the program for this array...

Write a program in Java to implement the max-priority queue using max-heap data structure. Implement the max-heap data structure using an integer array of 10 cells. (Do not use Java in-built PriorityQueue class.) [In a max-heap, the root node and the intermediate node vales are always greater than their children.] First, take 10 integer values from the user and insert them in the max-priority queue. Then print the elements of the queue. After that, delete two elements from the queue...
Write a C++ program that reads in 6 elements from the keyboard and stores them in an array x[6]. It should then create a second array y[6] that contains the elements from x in reverse order and with the s Tsecond - Tsmallest shown below. A sample run should look like: rocted ITrom it (e.g., Jlast first Tsmallest Vsecond last , etc). The program should finally print out both arrays to screen, in the format Enter 6 array elements: 4...
