The health and social care services are provided in two specific manner it can be either in patient care that is provided to the individual admitted to the hospital or out patient care that is the service for community and ambulatory care that do not require hospital stay. There are different professionals included in the ehalth care team of both in patient and out patient care.

The in patient care team includes- Doctors, specialists, pediatrician, cardiologist, neurologist, orthopedic, general surgeon, physician, dentist, care assistant, nurses, LPN, RN, vocational nurse, medical officer, nursing assistant, occupational therapist, phisiotherapist, occupational therapists assitant, care aide, social worker, support worker, child care worker etc.

The out-patient care team includes- the outpaitient team includes dentists, general physicians, health consultant, nurses, RN, care assistant, medical assistant, healthcare officer, counsellor, home care nurse and social worker.
