Johnson belived that human behaviour system that is made up of seven subsystems..

In this scenario nurse should follow the theory to make stable and balance..

- make achievement is the first goal that helps to make goals and goal attainment..patient had right hip fracture, dehydration and rhabdomyolysis..Have a first goal as to treat her dehydration..it is showing problem solving activity, knowledge of personal and weakness.

-:next is affiliative that to make interpersonal relationships..To assist with this patient attachment behaviour, communication skills must be the first goal for doing and getting involvement from the Patient..

- dependency subsystems ensure to get help from others when it is needed..in this situation by using skills and knowledge seeking if attention to stabilize the patient is ideal..

- ingestive subsystem make action towards the basic needs for this patient.. administration of intravenous infusion to replace the patient electrolyte is the main goal to stabilize the Patient..analgesics and other medication administration should be done under physician order..

- elimination subsystem helps to assist the patient with their elimination process..patient had fractured hip..so it is must catheterize the patient for eliminating urine..

- aggressive subsystem make social protection for us..making informed consent and handing over their valuable things provide us social protection..

- sexual subsystem as needs insist about emotional needs that patient needed when she does not have any one around her..good relationships and trusting make patient comfortable in her elder age..
