If the pH is given, we can calculate the value by taking the antilog.

In this question pH = 10

thus, [H​​​3​​​​​O+] = 10-10

Also, pH scale is from 0-14.

Value less than 7 is acidic, 7 is neutral and greater than 7 is basic.
