Sweden Gender equality believes that all women and men have the same power and eligibility to change society. Sweden considers gender equality as a role model but still, there should be an improvement to achieve that. Sweden people have the right to work anywhere by but as an ambitious woman they work with men they have a pay gap that was obviously found and the working women in Sweden have extra work hours than men, but it was a bit too much compared with other countries. In Sweden, it was brave and entrepreneurial. Reiterate proceed for gender pedagogy as a Swedish gender role opposed by many societies. they have to balance their career and family life without violence or fear or ego. But America says gender equality is not important and there is a gap for gender equality. American women more than 74% do not have equal rights with men to achive gender equality.
