Answer: The Hill Burton act in Catholic healthcare has influenced the care as this act involves rules that the treatment provided to the patients should be fair. There should be no discrimination on the basis of race, color or religion. It also provides funding to the non profit healthcare organization. In other manner it also provides support to the patients.

The foundational thought for Catholic in dealing with reproductive technology as the use of technologies such as IVF ( in vitro fertilization) we're opposed by the church or Catholic thoughts. The reason behind it as it causes disposal or waste of many embryos. In Catholic culture it is believed that embryo has its own identity as a human and has soul.
