Answer:The Catholic health care provides care to the ill patients. Near about 1 in 6 patients gets admitted for their treatment in the Catholic health care organization. This is organized by the Christians. Their mission is to provide care to the patients who are suffering from the diseases. They believe in charity, faith and hope for treating the patients.

The major difference between formal and material cooperation is that the formal cooperation is related to the evil deeds performed where as the material cooperation means the participation of the person due to which evil is performed.

Care for the poor central to Catholic values in healthcare because they are mainly concerned in providing better care to the people. They consider it to be a charity.

The Hill Burton act in Catholic healthcare has influenced the care as this act involves rules that the treatment provided to the patients should be fair. There should be no discrimination on the basis of race, color or religion. It also provides funding to the non profit healthcare organization. In other manner it also provides support.
