1. Diagnosis of Patient is Pleural Effusion. Yes His Vitals Are Expected According to the Diagnosis Because due to the fluid in the Pleural Cavity lung parenchyma gets Compressed hence oxygen Diffusion from lungs Gets Lessen leading to Hypoxia So there occurs activation of Chemoreceptors( located in Medulla oblongata) which leads to release of Catecholamines Which leads to Increase in the Pumping of Heart to Compensate Demands of body i.e Increase in Heart Rate and Blood pressure and also patients Breathes Frequently i.e Increase in Respiratory Rate.

2. Pleural effusion is defined as Excess/unusual amount of Fluid collected in the Pleural space.

3. Most common Cause of Pleural Effusion is-

For Transudative fluid-

Heart Failure

Cirrhosis

Pleural effusion

For Exudative fluid-

Pneumonia

Cancer

Kidney Diseases
