He states that he is very frustrated by his inability to perform sexually and stated that he no longer feels like a good husband. His wife is beginning to feel that his inability to perform is directly related to her, and they are experiencing problems in their relationship. He states that he no longer experiences nocturnal erections and has noticed his libido is "not as good as it used to be." K.B.'s PMH is positive for HTN (hypertension), hyperlipidemia, and diabetes. He is currently taking fosinopril (Monopril) 20 mg qd, atorvastatin (Lipitor) 20 mg, and metformin (Glucophago) 1000 mg bid. He is sedentary and does not exercise regularly.
