1) PRT consist of tools and equipment required for production. It is ordered as per requirement by workmen. The PRT is issued by production department. This is considered under capital expenditure in company balance sheet. On the other hand BOM is the list of materials required to manufacture a product. It is ordered as per product demanded by the customer. BOM is mostly issued by design engineers,enginerring department.This is considered as material cost under product or project cost sheet
2) Total planned direct cost would be around 2253, as you just add the raw material cost, semi finished good cost and labour cost as 750, 678 and (22*50*45/60) = 825, respectively
