72 years of old female presents with biopsy-proven adenocarcinoma of the sigmoid colon at 20 cm. The patient has bright red bleeding intermittently from 8 months.

The patient has Malena for 8 months. Malena is characterized by fresh blood in the stool, this patient is experiencing this symptom from 8 months so, it is a chronic condition.
