Conductivity in metals depends upon presence of unpaired electrons in their valence shell per atom.

If we do the doping of magnetic ions then number of unpaired electron will increase but they are anti parallel to each other so net magnetic moment will decrease so Conductivity will decrease.

Conductivity σ x

Hence Resistivity is Increase.
