No, all transaction processing system does not have integrated point of sale systems.

Point of sale is a point at which buyer and seller meets. Point of sale system is a an equipment performing the sales transactions and processing the credit card payments.

Transaction processing system are set of systems that facilitates transactions at point of sale.

Generally if organisation is using online transaction processing system and POS system then in that case TPS have integrated POS.

However, where there are manual systems like cash register then TPS and POS are not integrated.
