1)if any one in your family are interested to do exercise he can encourage others also ..he can make exercise a family habit.He can provide information about important of exercise in our day today life.Moreover,in your family any one have any disease conditions due to obesity he also can influence others to do physical activities inorder to prevent further complications as heart disease and diabetes can get to next generation.together can have evening walk or after dinner can walk with family.if your family members have time you can play with them such as batminton,swimming etc.playing music and dance together can also influence the others to do the same.
2)if people are educated they better know the consequences of sitting in home and eating continuously without doing any exercise .they know about the benefits of doing exercise.they take part in group activities which can balance their body weight.They are bothered about their health so they don't want to get serious illness at early age.thus,they do their best to avoid such conditions comes in life.
3)if anyone get benefited from exercise he would like to continue it for better health.for instance if someone's weight is reduced by exercise and now he fee well like no back pain ,leg pain,gastritis and all.moreover,he knows someone who don't like to do physical activities and it affected badly on health.while experiencing such people he may get afraid of getting disease.therfore,he will try to manage time to do exercise.
