Answer: Every healthcare organizations care research is being influenced by some external as well as internal factors. Some of the external factors or the influences such as social welfare, competition in the market, healthcare insurance costs etc. These things influences the research as it is directly related total he outcomes of the response of the patients as well as population. Whereas the internal factors such as experiences and knowledge of the healthcare professionals, use of evidence based practice, indulgence of advanced technology in the treatment etc.

The greatest influence is the internal factors as it requires much efforts to provide better quality of care to the patients as well as monitoring of the treatment used. The healthcare professionals can use evidence based practice for the better quality of care that can be provided to the patients but this also influences the care research use as most of the organization doesn't allow to follow the evidence based practice.
