The main differecce between managers and leaders is that leaders have people follow them while managers have people work for them.A successful business owner needs to be both a stong leader and manager to get their team on board to follow them towards their vision of success . Managment skills are used to plan,build and direct organizational systems to accomplish missions and goals,while leadership skills are used to focus on a potential change by establishing direction,aligninig people,and motivating and inspiring. The Manager has the responsibilities and is able to delegate and implements plans.A leader is an example for others and is someone who dosent necessarily have a large resposibility.Managers have subordinates who follow their rules .Leaders have individuals who believe in what they say ,otherwise known as followers.A great leader possess a clear vision,is courageous has intergrity,honesty,humanity and clear focus .....Great leaders help people reach their goals,are not afraid to hire people that might be better than them and take pride in the acomplishments of those they help along the way.Agreat manager has some good qualities like ,help the team with career development,be a good communicator-listen and share informatin,be a good coach.

Leadership and managment must go hand to hand.Both are important but naturally leadership is a head of managment.A well -balanced organization has leadership at its base.For an organization to achieve strong results,both leadeship and management need to be present.With good management and poor leadership the team will lack the motivation to pursure goals.Both leadership and managment in perfect situtional correlations has never been more critical for success.
